Corona has released its grip on us. At least right now. Now inflation rules and the war in Ukraine affect both our economy and our freedom.
It is time to realize this and act accordingly.
Some industries have already taken a hard hit and no improvement can be seen for some of them.
To make something concrete, I want to look a little at how we use our time.
We all have 24 hours a day. However, how we use these hours differs.
Rest is important. Between 7-8 hours of sleep is important to be able to accomplish something good in the remaining hours.
If you have a job, it takes between 8-10 hours to take care of this, depending on whether you commute or not.
I want to focus on the hours you spend doing other things.
The so-called free time, when you may have to drive children to various activities, exercise yourself, cook, wash, clean, relax, read a book, etc.
There won't be much time left. Not true?
The trick is to trade time for time.
You can't do laundry for more hours in a day.
Instead, you first need to see your activities over a longer period and then identify what you spend unnecessary time on.
If it doesn't get on the table, it won't be seen.
Be honest with yourself and write down what time you could exchange.
Netflix versus reading a book on a topic, which can give you more knowledge, which in turn gets you closer to your goal.
Couch sitting versus exercise, which gives you the energy to complete the tasks you set out to do.
Idle surfing on social media versus studying a course on the internet, which in turn provides opportunities for change. This is where I started
An old story I read sometime a long time ago.
"During the time a person spends standing in line in a lifetime, he/she would learn 3 languages."
Today we may not stand in queues as much, but there is still dead time when we are not active in other ways, but end up in waiting time and so those minutes, and hours are gone forever.
Or you can continue as usual.
Thats a choice as well.
Do you want to know more possibilities for change and thus be able to make other choices?

We can if we want!!
