As an online entrepreneur, maintaining a healthy diet is crucial for sustained energy, focus, and overall well-being. However, eating healthy doesn't have to be expensive.

How I/We do it

My wife and I try to cook healthy and not too heavy food once a week and then cook enough so that we have lunch boxes for at least a week ahead.
In addition to saving time during the day and evenings and not having to stand and cook when we get home after work tired and hungry for pizza, the lunch box is already there ready to heat and eat.
In this way, we don't have to think so much about what we are going to eat, as the food is prepared beforehand in the best way from a nutritional point of view.
The only thing we need to think about is actually eating that lunch box and not giving way to fast food.
The experience for me is that once I have eaten my lunch box, there is no longer a craving for other crap.
I would venture to say that we follow all the points above and we like what we eat.
It would never occur to me to eat something I don't like just because it's healthy, and we don't need that either, since everything is planned from the beginning.
