How I think about it
I have run a business a few times in my life and on several occasions I have, of course, experienced stress and sometimes I have wanted to stop the earth and jump off for a while.
Over time, I've learned to listen to the signals and also learned to plan well, so when I want to go away and turn off everything online with planned automation, my business has been rolling anyway and I dare to disconnect.
